This 2-lot subdivision plan is requesting waivers from curb, sidewalk and road widening.

B. (09-003S) 1445 KELCHNER ROAD LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT PLAN
1445 Kelchner Road, RS Zone, Ward 13, plans dated November 16, 2009 and last revised April 5, 2010 The applicant is appealing a condition listed in the July 13, 2010 review letter for this subdivision
Plan.

A. St. Luke’s Hospital requests a review of dedication of portions of Riverside Drive that are
within the City Limits to create a secondary access to the St. Luke’s Fountain Hill Campus.

This plan proposes the construction of a 19,246 sq. ft. grocery store with 93 parking spaces on a 3.66 acre lot.

B. (09-03MLD) –ELIAS FARMERS MARKET MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT
PLAN – 3131 Linden Street, Zoned RR, Ward 14, plan dated April 5, 2006 and last
revised December 10, 2010.
Submission Date: 09-28-09 Expiration Date: 05-13-11
This plan proposes the construction of a warehouse and dock addition to the north side of the existing market. The applicant is requesting that the Planning Commission take action on the plan in accordance with the Municipalities Planning Code.
