STEEL STACKS SIGN WAIVER REQUESTS FOR WALL SIGNS, ROOF SIGNS, FREESTANDING SIGN, AND OFF-PREMISE SIGN - In the IR – (Industrial Redevelopment) Zoning District, Zoning Ordinance 1317A.06 states that the Planning Commission may consider modifications to the sign standards (Article 1320) based on existing site conditions, proposed use, hardship, or innovations in technology in accordance with the terms of Article 1351.03 of the SALDO.
