3. PRESENTATION

A. BETHLEHEM EMS FACILITY
The Parks and Public Property Department will be presenting the land development plan for the City’s new EMS facility, which is adjacent to the City’s ice skating rink. The proposed 12,057 square foot facility (with a future 2,560 square foot expansion) and 28 parking spaces will be located on City property, behind the tennis courts on the south side of Illick’s Mill road. The presentation will provide a broad view of the project for discussion purposes only.

4. LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN

A. (09-03MLD) –ELIAS FARMERS MARKET MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – 3131 Linden Street, Zoned RR, Ward 14, plan dated April 5, 2006 (Plans dated April 5, 2006 and last revised December 10, 2010). This plan was tabled at the August 19, 2010 Planning Commission meeting.

5. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

A. Consideration of an amendment to require a majority vote of Zoning Hearing Board members for any action.
