It is proposed to add a second story addition and renovate the façade.

It is proposed to install six (6) antennas on rooftop sled mounts and an elevated steel equipment platform.

It is proposed to renovate the façade exposing the brick on the second floor and restoring the original color, installing a new window with a black metal frame, move the door forward so as to open out and install a new canopy.
