Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in TOWN HALL, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday November 10, 2010 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeal.

1. 3131 Linden Street – Elias Market
By order of the Honorable Edward Smith, Northampton Court of Common Pleas, a remand to consider expansion of a nonconforming structure/use pursuant to the special exception approval referencing Articles 1323.04.b page 153 and 1325.07 page 161 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Lot – 1.82 acres RR – Residential Zoning District
