Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a special meeting in TOWN HALL, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday October 13, 2010 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeal.

1838 Center St. (Center St. and Dewberry Ave.)
Appeal of Bethlehem Manor Village LLC for a use variance to construct 4 apartment buildings, totaling 102 apartments in an Institutional Zoning District. This proposed use is to replace the City approved land development, a 125 bed Personal Care Facility.
