This plan proposes a 50,000 square foot office/warehouse building
with 74 parking spaces on an 8.62 acre lot.
B. (10-005LD) –STEFKO GROCERY LAND DEVELOPMENT
SKETCH

This plan proposes to construct an 18,279 square foot grocery store.
This plan will need to go the Zoning Hearing Board for a use variance.
C. (10-007LD&S) –21ST CENTURY TOWN SQUARE
LAND DEVELOPMENT, LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT PLAN and WAIVER REQUESTS,

This plan proposes the relocation of E. 1st Street, the construction
of the Levitt (Artsquest) Pavilion and Lawn Area, the Stock House
Plaza, Festival Plaza, Picnic Grove, Artsquest and PBS plaza areas,
and a 370 space parking area. This is a City sponsored project and
all land north of E. 1st Street is owned by the City. The project
area is demarcated within a dashed line on Sheet L-110 (overall
site layout plan). The Festival Center building and the Stock House
building are NOT part of this land development plan review.
D. (09-03MLD) –ELIAS FARMERS MARKET MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT
PLAN – 3131 Linden Street, Zoned RR, Ward 14; plan dated April
5, 2006 and last revised September 28, 2009
Submission Date: October 1, 2009 Expiration Date: August 19, 2010
This plan proposes the demolition of one structure and construction
of a warehouse and dock addition to the north side of the existing
Elias Farmers Market. The applicant was granted a variance on August
26, 2009 to construct the addition to an existing non-conforming
commercial use.
4. ZONING AMENDMENT
City Council has proposed an amendment to expand the Zoning Hearing Board from 3 members to 5 members.
