The above-referenced Site Plan is being submitted as a Density Review
in the Commercial Business District. There is currently one commercial
unit on the 1st floor, and the applicant is proposing to change
the residential unit on the top floors from one dwelling unit to
two apartment units.

This plan proposes the construction of a 150’ communications
monopole and an equipment shelter within a leased, 2,470 sq. ft.,
fenced area on a lot that is currently owned by the City of Bethlehem.
