Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday October 28, 2009 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

1. 1007 Prospect Avenue – Continued from September
Appeal of Tom and Jama Barker for a dimensional variance from the allowable height of a fence in the side yard of a single family residence.
