Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday May 27, 2009 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Dino P. Cantelmi and Joanna Cantelmi for a use variance to allow a funeral parlor on the property operated by the resident proprietor. (Articles 1305.02.a, 1325.06)

Appeal of George Sampson for a variance to construct a 5 bay garage on a vacant lot fronting on an alley. Also, applicant requests dimensional variances from the minimum yard requirements to construct the garage. Appeal of Randa King & Fred Bonsall for dimensional variances from the street and rear yard setbacks to install a pool (hot tub) in the rear yard of a single family row home. The property is a corner lot, with the side (street) yard abutting Wall Street.
