Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in
Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on
Wednesday May 13, 2009 at
7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeast PA for dimensional variance from the maximum number of stories permitted for an office/research building, and variances from the parking stall size requirements and drive aisle width dimensions in the parking structure. Maximum allowable stories – 2.5, proposed – 4; required parking stall – 9’ x 19’, proposed – 8.5’ x 18’; required drive aisle width – 25’, proposed – 24’. Appeal of Moravian Village of Bethlehem for validity and use variances to construct a 4-story assisted living and memory care facility and a two story medical office building. (Articles 1316.02.a, 1325.06)
