Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will
have a meeting in the Ground Floor, North Branch of the City
of Bethlehem Library, 11 W. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA,
on
Wednesday, February 25, 2009
at
7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Nitschmann, LLC for a use variance to construct
a 4-story assisted living/memory care facility and a 2-story
medical office building. Also, applicant requests a dimensional
variance from the front yard setback to construct the medical
office building. Required front yard setback – 20’,
