Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Robin Little for a dimensional variance from the lot area per dwelling unit requirement to convert an existing mixed use (one commercial, one residential unit) building to a two dwelling unit structure. Required lot area per dwelling unit – 2,000 square feet; proposed – 1,162.5 square feet. (Articles 1311.02.a, 1311.03, 1318.01, Table a-3, 1325.06)

Appeal of Tarras W. Zawarski for a variance to replace a formerly Zoning Hearing Board approved mortgage and insurance office to a children’s speech and feeding therapy agency. (Articles 1305.02, 1325.06)
