Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Scott Lee Frey for a dimensional variance to reconstruct
an existing non-conforming covered front porch and add a 28’
x 6’ uncovered/covered porch into the front yard setback

Appeal of Khairunisa and Mubina Gangji for a special exception
to expand a lawful non-conforming use (dental office) with
two one-story additions, a 12’ x 15’10”

square foot) addition. The 12’ x 15’10”
addition was Zoning Hearing Board approved in 2006, but not
built. Allowable expansion – 50%, previous and proposed

20’6”; allowable expansion – 50% or 242.25
square feet, proposed – 64.7% or 313.5 square feet.

required area per dwelling unit – 2,500 square feet,
proposed – (lot-1) 1,725 square feet, (lot-2) 2,167
