Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

2. 829 16th Avenue - Continued from May 28th
Appeal of Jama M. Barker for use and dimensional variances for a 6 lot subdivision. Each lot is proposing a one family semi-detached dwelling. Residential Use is not permitted in the Institutional (I) Zoning District. Minimum development area – 5 acres required; 19,922 square feet proposed with individual lot sizes ranging from 2,568 square feet to 6,119 square feet. Minimum lot depth – 100 feet required; 39 feet proposed. Minimum side yard setback – 20 feet required; proposed one side – 0 feet, proposed both sides – 2 feet and 6 feet. Minimum rear yard – 20 feet required; 6 feet proposed. (Articles 1309.02.a, 1309.03, 1318.01, 1325.06, Table A-3)

3. 1559 Kelchner Road
Appeal of Susan J. Bickel for dimensional variances for a 14 unit condominium development. Minimum lot area per dwelling unit is 6,000 square feet; 5,981 square feet proposed. (Articles 1305.03, Appendix A-2). Record Lot – 83,726 square feet RS – Residential Zoning District

All persons interested or those desiring to protest against the allowance thereof may appear and be heard. Plans for the above appeals are on file for public inspection in the Zoning Office, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania during regular business hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays.
