This plan is divided into three phases. Phase one proposes a 53,600
square foot warehouse and a 2 story office building with 19,796
square feet per story. Phase 2 is a 42,662 square foot expansion
of the warehouse and phase 3 is a 467,822 square foot expansion
of the warehouse. In phase 1 there are 179 parking spaces and 18
trailer spaces planned. Areas of the site have been reserved for
future office building expansion, parking and trailer storage. The
site consists of 30.69 acres.

Submission Date: June 1, 2007 Expiration Date: January 15, 2008
The plan proposes to create a separate 3.999 acre lot out of a 22.49
acre parcel.
C. (07-007LD) – RINGHOFFER ROAD III LAND DEVELOPMENT
PLANS –

and last revised August 30, 2007.

The plan proposes 2 buildings of storage lockers and a 100,000 gallon
water tower. The eastern building is 9,000 square feet and the western
building is 11,750 square feet. The development is on the proposed
3.999 acre parcel of land created by the Ringhoffer Road III Subdivision.
