Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Silk Mill Realty, LLC for dimensional variances pertaining to first: the construction of the 21 condominiums, and second: the off-street parking for the condominiums and apartments. (Required side and rear yard setbacks for the northern five-unit condominium building – 15’, proposed – 13’ side yard and 10’ rear yard. Appeal of Lawrence Wernett for a special exception and dimensional variances from the rear yard setback and allowable expansion to expand a lawful non-conforming auto repair business. A use variance is required for the expansion over 50%, totaling 570 square feet. (Existing building – 1,260 square feet; allowable expansion – 50% or 630 square feet totaling 1,890 square feet; Proposed – 95.2% or 1,200 square feet totaling 2,460 square feet.
