Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

1. 1902 Michael Street
Appeal of Brian Kirchner for a dimensional variance from the sight visibility triangle where a driveway intersects a street to install a fence in the sight triangle. (Required – 8’, proposed – 4’, Articles 1318.06.b, 1325.06)

Appeal of Lehigh University for dimensional variances from the front yard setbacks, building height, and off-street parking requirements for the purpose of constructing a science/environmental education building.
