Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a SPECIAL meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

1. 1301 Linden Street, 263 E. Elizabeth Avenue – CONTINUED FROM 04-25-07
Appeal of R. K. Commercial, LLC For a special exception and a variance to change and expand a lawful non-conforming two bay auto repair area with existing convenience store and gas pumps, to a donut and coffee store (Dunkin Donuts) with a drive up window and seating indoors, and continue with the convenience store and gas sales. A variance is required to expand the use onto the abutting property for a parking lot to serve the proposed use, and a dimensional variance is requested for the setback between the parking spaces and residential (west side) property line. Rich for dimensional variances from the sideyard setbacks and maximum building coverage allowed to create a 3-lot subdivision from a single lot and construct an attached dwelling on each lot.
