Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of R.K. Commercial, LLC for a variance to expand an existing non-conforming use onto an abutting property to include a parking lot and a donut and coffee store (Dunkin Donuts) with a drive-up window and seating indoors. A variance is requested for the setback between the parking spaces and residential (west side) property line. (Required setback – 10’, proposed – 9’3”, Articles 1323.07, 1319.03, 1325.07)
