Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in Town Hall, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

allowed – 2.5 stories, Proposed – 3.5 stories;
Required rear yard setback – 25’, proposed for
