B. (07-008LD) – LEHIGH UNIVERSITY SCIENCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL BUILDING – 1 W. Packer Avenue, Ward 2, Zoned I, Plans dated June 13, 2007 and last revised August 28, 2007.

This development proposes 3 attached buildings; building A is one story with 9,500 square feet, building B is four stories with 11,500 square feet per story totaling 34,500 square feet and building C is five stories with 11,000 square feet per story totaling 55,000. This development is proposed on a 3+ acre area of a 5 acre lot.

This plan proposes 12 residential units on third and fourth floors, 8 offices on the second floor and a 5,500 square foot restaurant on the first floor of an existing 34,000 square foot building.

4. WAIVER REQUESTS

A. (07-001S) – WAIVER REQUEST ONLY PRELIMINARY/FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN – THE ESTATES AT MONOCACY CREEK, Township Line Road – Ward 14, Zoned RR, plans dated February 5, 2007 and last revised July 16, 2007.
Submission Date: February 5, 2007 Expiration Date: November 28, 2007
This plan proposes 60 single family dwelling units on a 57.75 acre lot. 18 of the dwelling units are on the portion of land (23.2 acres) that is in the City of Bethlehem. The remaining portion of the site is in Bethlehem Township.
The developer is requesting a waiver from the maximum cul-de-sac length of 500 feet.
