2. ** WAIVER FOR SIDEWALK, CURB AND ROAD WIDENING
Lavan Street – This plan proposes a single family dwelling on a .5017 acre lot. The owner is requesting a waiver or deferral until the length of Lavan Street is reconstructed to support the improvements.

3. LAND DEVELOPMENT PLANS

A. (06-016LD) LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – CVS, 2434 Catasauqua Road – Ward 13, Zoned CS, plans dated August 15, 2006 and last revised January 3, 2007.
This plan proposes the partial demolition of the current mall and the erection of a 12, 900 square foot CVS with drive-through on a 3.509 acre lot.

B. (06-002S) MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS – MINSI RIDGE, James and Aaron Streets, Ward 17, RR Zone, plan dated March 14, 2006 and last revised January 8, 2007.
The proposed subdivision will create 27 new building lots and a residual parcel that will remain undeveloped in perpetuity. The combined project site is 16.757 acres.

C. (07-004LD) – LAND DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN – PLAZA ON EIGHTH -- 1435 Eighth Avenue – Ward 3, Zoned CMU, plans dated February 1, 2007
This plan proposes the development of 7 commercial buildings including a 55,000 square foot office building, 3,850 square foot fast food restaurant, 5,440 square foot sit-down restaurant, 1,840 square foot café, 14,620 square foot pharmacy, 3,372 square foot bank and 10,200 square feet of retail space with 507 parking spaces on a 9.4571 acre lot.
