This plan proposes the re-installation of a former operational concrete batch plant on a 3.97 acre lot.

B. (06-014LD&S) – LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION PLAN – ORTWEIN/ZUMAS CONDOMINIUMS – 1427-1437 Kelchner Road, Ward 13, Block 93, Zoned RS, plans dated July 12, 2006.
This plan proposes sixteen (16) multi-family and two (2) single family condominium dwellings along with 16 visitor parking spaces on a 2.69 acre lot.

This plan proposes the development of 826 residential dwelling units and 13,000 square feet of retail space on a 52.5 acre lot.
