It is proposed to install masonry (grey) stucco rear east and rear west sides, and vinyl siding on the east side of the structure.

It is proposed to renovate façade of structure including installation of brick cote, paint or mosaic mural on the western elevation and replacement of windows.

3. 409, 411, 413, 419, 421, 423, 425, 431, 433, 435, 441 Wyandotte Street
It is proposed to restore the upper floors of the above-referenced buildings, including the façade, painting, woodwork repair cornice repair and window replacement.
