Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Town Hall 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Adams Street, LTD for dimensional variances from the front, side and rear setbacks to construct a 5-story, 10 dwelling unit apartment building. (Required front yard setback – 55’, proposed – 20’; required side yard setback – 19.5’, proposed – 13.5’on east side; required rear yard setback – 47.5’, proposed – 33’. Appeal of Lehigh Riverport Development, LLC for a dimensional variance to exceed the allowable signage per wall and per building, and for an interpretation of Article 1320.07, in the alternative a variance to allow illumination above 25’ (Allowable wall signage for property – 600 square feet, proposed – 701.74 square feet; allowable signage per front – 200 square feet, proposed south wall – 417.68 square feet.
