Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Town Hall 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of B. Land Company for a dimensional variance from
the required lot depth to create a 4 lot subdivision. (Articles
