A. (06-010LD) –PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN– Broughal Middle School – 114 W. Morton Avenue, Plan dated October 10, 2006.
The plan proposes the construction of a middle school at the rear of the current school’s lot.

B. (06-013LD) – PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN –EATON AVENUE BANK AND OFFICE BUILDING, 924 Eaton Avenue – Ward 13, Zoned CM, plans dated July 18, 2006 and last revised October 5, 2006.
The plan proposes the demolition of the existing bank building and the construction of a 17,325 square foot, 3 story bank and office building with 52 parking spaces on a 1.13 acre lot.
