A. (06-012LD) – LAND DEVELOPMENT SKETCH PLAN – SANDS BETHWORKS ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX, Phase 1 – 603 E. 1st Street, plan dated July 13, 2006, IR Zone.

This proposed development consists of a casino, hotel, restaurant, cinema and retail facility with 5,831 parking spaces on 56 acres.

2. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

B. Zoning amendments creating provisions for licensed gaming facilities in the I-R zone, along with additional definitions and regulations for adult oriented establishments, check cashing businesses, massage parlors, bring your own bottle clubs, and pawn shops.
