A. (05-017LD) –Bethlehem Housing Authority Land Development Plan, Bayard, Lebanon, Woodbine, Leonard Streets – Ward 15, Zoned RM plans dated November 6, 2005. This plan proposes three apartment buildings containing 20 single story, one and two bedroom, garden apartments for the elderly on a 1.382 acre lot.

A. (05-012MLD) Lehigh Practice Range Sidewalk Waiver Request, South side of Seidersville Road, Ward 16, I’ Zone, plan dated June 28, 2005 and last revised November 16, 2005.
