The above waiver requests will also be considered for the abutting Ringhoffer Road Major Subdivision Plan.

4. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

A. Zoning Text Amendment to create a Landmark Conservation and Traditional Neighborhood Development Overlay in the CM (Office Research Center) Zoning District for the Martin Tower site.

5. STREET VACATION

A. Petition to vacate a portion of East North Street between Stefko Boulevard and Clinton Street.
