Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Town Hall 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THE MEETING

1. 1607 W. Union Boulevard
Appeal of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church for a dimensional variance to erect a second, free standing monument sign in the W. Union Blvd. front yard, and exceed the allowable area. (Articles 1320.08.a.3., 1325.06, allowable area per front – 16 square feet, proposed area – 24.73 square feet for new sign, 6 sq ft for existing sign)

Appeal of SWA GAS INC. for a special exception to alter the existing lawful non-conforming convenience store having gas pumps with the installation of a new exhaust hood, grill and other appliances to introduce cooked, grilled and fried foods for retail (take out) sales on the property. (Articles 1323.04.c, 1325.07)
