Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Town Hall 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THE MEETING
1. 246-248 E. Union Boulevard
Appeal of Angelo Caiazzo for a dimensional variance to exceed
the allowable number of stories for a dwelling from 2.5 stories
to 3 stories. (Articles 1318.01, 1318.05, 1325.06, Table A-2)

2. 1743 Stefko Boulevard
Appeal of Howard and Rita Heater for a dimensional variance
from the rear yard setback to construct a warehouse building
(20’ required, 6’ proposed). Applicant also seeks
a variance from the off-street parking requirements (48 required,
15 proposed). (Articles 1325.06, 1311.03, Table A-3 footnote
7, Article 1319.01.22)

Appeal of Lehigh Valley Bakers, LLC for multiple variances
and special exceptions to allow lot line adjustments for 3
lots, expansion of a bakery building, and a parking lot in
a residential district. Required variances include lot depth
for 756 Pembroke Road (Lot A) (100 feet required, 91 feet
average proposed), lot depth for 760 Pembroke Road (Lot B)
(100 feet required, 91 feet average proposed), proposed rear
yard setback for house at 750 Pembroke Road (Lot A) (20 feet
required, 17 feet proposed), proposed setback for new bakery
addition (25 feet required, 0 feet proposed), a use variance
to expand an existing bakery building in the RT Zoning District,
setback requirements for proposed new parking (10 feet required,
up to 1.5 feet proposed), and variance from buffering along
rear lot line. A special exception is required to allow additional
parking in the RT Zoning District.
