Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Town Hall 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, April 27, 2005 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THE MEETING

1. 3333 Beaufort Drive
Appeal of Arif and Donna Fazil for a dimensional variance from the allowable building coverage to construct additions to a single family residence. (Articles 1325.06, 1304.03, Table A-1; Allowable building coverage – 15%, proposed building coverage – 20.5%). Record Lot 15,194 Square feet R-R Residential Zoning District

2. 1080 Win Drive
Appeal of Thomas A. Kunsman for a Special Exception to operate a macadam and concrete recycling plant. (Articles 1316.02.C.1 and 1325.07)

3. 15 W. 4th Street
Appeal of Digna Collazo for a use variance to operate a day care center in a church. (Article 1325.06)

Appeal of Jorge Villamil for variance from the impervious surface coverage requirement and a variance from the required lot area requirement to construct a one-family detached dwelling. (Articles 1318.29.C.1 and 1325.06; Allowable impervious coverage with 25% to 35% slope and required minimum lot size - 10% and 4 acres, Proposed – 41% and 6,476 square feet.)

Appeal of Lehigh University for a Special Exception to change a lawful non-conforming use (University fraternity) to another non-conforming use (University business office). (Articles 1323.07 and 1325.07).
