Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Town Hall 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Christopher Bennick representing Habitat for Humanity
for a dimensional variance from the development area and minimum
lot area per dwelling unit, to construct a semi-detached dwelling
unit on Lots 2 and3, and a variance from the steep slope requirements
to create a 3 lot subdivision (Table-A-2, Articles 1318.29.c.1,
1325.06, Lot 1 – required lot area – 4 acres,
