Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Town Hall 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Friedman Electric, Inc. for a special exception
to change a lawful non-conforming use (Auto Parts Retail/Wholesale
store) to an electrical supplies and lighting showroom use.
