A. Ringhoffer Road Self Storage Land Development Plan – Sherry Hill Road and Ringhoffer Road.

3. LAND DEVELOPMENT PLANS

A. Joe Negrao Multifamily Housing Land Development Plan – 3494 Linden Street, Ward 14, RS Zone, plan dated September 28, 2005 and last revised November 16, 2005.
The plan is for the construction of five (5), 2 story apartment dwelling units and an access drive on a .799 acre lot.

B. North Street Tower Land Development Plan – West North Street and Guetter Street, Ward 7, CB Zone, plan dated October 11, 2005. The plan proposes a 17 story building with an 88 bed hotel, 68 condominium units, a 5,000 square foot restaurant and a 1,000 square foot coffee/bagel shop.

C. Woodmont Mews Land Development Plan -- 1001 Eighth Avenue –Ward 13, Zoned RT, plans dated August 1, 2005 and last revised November 11, 2005.
This plan proposes a 204 unit apartment complex with a total of 375 parking spaces on a 14.39 acre lot.
