1. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

A. (04-007LD) - REVISED PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS -- Park View Commons, Williams Street, Ward 16, Zoned RM, plans dated July 8, 2004 and last revised February 22, 2005. This plan proposes a 34 unit development (17 two-family twin dwellings) on a 9.61 acre tract.

B. (04-010LD) - REVISED PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS -- Saucon Square -- west side of Fire Lane, Zoned RG, Ward 15, plans dated May 9, 2003 and last February 22, 2005.. This plan proposes 28 apartments located in three (3) buildings on a 3.66 acre lot with four parking lots totaling 54 parking spaces.

C. (04-012LD & S)-PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS – Mountain Park Condominiums, Ward 16, Block 17, Zoned RG, plans dated July 20, 2004, and last revised July 13, 2005. Lot 1 proposes eight (8) multi-unit condominium buildings on an 8.797 acre parcel. Lot 2 is an existing farmhouse. This is an alternative plan to the previously submitted William Street Condominiums.
