1. MINUTES – Approval of the minutes from July 14, 2005.

2. WAIVER REQUESTS

A. Removal of a note from a “Resubdivision plan of Lots 22 and 23 of Barnsdale Manor Major Subdivision” to allow further subdivision of the lot, Linden Street and Barnsdale Road, Zoned RR, Ward 14.

B. Sidewalk Waiver Request at W. W. Grainger Minor Land Development Plan, 2201 Avenue C, Zoned PI, Ward 13.

C. Curb and Sidewalk Waiver Request for 281 W. Langhorne Avenue, Minor Subdivision Plan, Zoned RR, Ward 14.

3. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

A. COTTAGES AT MONOCACY CREEK – Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan – Township Line Road, Zoned RR – Age Restricted Overlay, Ward 14.
This plan proposes to proposes 44 condominium units with attached garages, driveways and 25 visitor spaces on a 10.19 acre lot.
B. NORTH STREET TOWER – Land Development Sketch Plan –A review of the sketch plan and proposed density per Footnote #13 of the Zoning Ordinance. West North Street and Guetter Street, Zoned CB, Ward 7.
The plan proposes a 17 story building with an 88 bed hotel, 68 condominium units, a 5,000 square foot restaurant and a 1,000 square foot coffee/bagel shop.

C. BRANDENBURG – Land Development and Lot Consolidation Plan
1905 E. Fourth Street, Zoned HI, Ward 7
This plan proposes consolidation of 3 lots, expansion of the current Brandenburg building, three (3) new buildings, two (2) diesel fuel stations with underground tanks, a 3-track rail siding for rail shipments and several paved areas.
4. ZONING AMENDMENT
A. Map Amendment to rezone portions of the prior Bethlehem Steel lands from HI – Heavy Industrial to IR – Industrial Redevelopment.
B. Text Amendment to add permitted uses to the HI and IR Zoning Districts.
