A. (05-008LD) – LAND DEVELOPMENT SKETCH PLAN – Gateway Office Building
3RD Street and Brodhead Avenue, Zoned CB, plans dated July 7, 2002. This
plan proposes a 3-story, 14,000 square foot office building with 169 parking spaces on a
2.64 acre lot.

B. (04-004S) MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN, DETENTION POND SIDE SLOPE WAIVER AND CARTWAY WIDTH WAIVER REQUESTS – Central Park West – 2215-2221 Florence Avenue, Zoned RM, plans dated October 12, 2004 and last revised April 22, 2005. The plan proposes the subdivision of a 5.2047 acre tract into 55 lots (54 twin dwellings and one remainder single family dwelling).
