2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
A. (05-003LD) – LAND DEVELOPMENT SKETCH PLAN
– Jamann
Condominiums -- 2612 Linden Street, Ward 14, Zoned RS, plans dated
January
31, 2004. This plan proposes 33 condos with attached garages and
12 visitor parking spaces on a 5-acre lot.
B. (04-003S) REVISED PRELIMINARY/FINAL MAJOR
SUBDIVISION PLAN–
LVIP VII – Saucon Tract, Phase 2 - East 4th & Emery Street,
Ward 17, HI Zone,
plan dated December 17, 2004 and last revised March 18, 2005. The
plan proposes to subdivide the remainder of the lands known as the
Saucon Tract into 29 developable lots.
C. (04-016LD)-PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Wawa, Inc., Easton Avenue & East Boulevard, Ward 14, Zoned CS and RG, plans dated December 13, 2004 and last revised March 8, 2005. This plan proposes the construction of a 5755 sq. ft. Wawa food market, 57’X96’ canopy for six (12) dispensing bays, and 60 space parking lot on a 1.56 acre lot.
D. LEHIGH UNIVERSITY
1) (05-004MLD)-PRELIMINARY/FINAL MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Lehigh University, University Drive Improvements, 461 Webster Street, Wards 2 and 3, Zoned I, plans dated February 7, 2005. This plan proposes the closing of University Drive at Packer Avenue. The narrower 20’ drive will be open for pedestrians and emergencies.
2) (05-002LD) – PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN -
LEHIGH UNIVERSITY ALUMNI PARKING STRUCTURE – northeast corner
of Brodhead Avenue and University Drive, Ward 2, Zoned I`, plans
dated February 8, 2005. The proposed plan consists of the addition
of a six-story parking garage with 340 parking spaces and realignment
of Brodhead Avenue to connect to University Drive.
E. (05-006LD) – MORAVIAN HOUSE, UNIT IV LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – 70 W. North Street, Ward 8, Zoned CB, Plans dated March 3, 2005. This plan proposes a 3-story mixed use building (1st floor offices with 17 employees, 8 one-bedroom apartments on the upper floors.) on a 6,322 square foot lot.
3. MISCELLANEOUS
A. STREET VACATION – Petition to vacate
a portion of Brodhead Avenue from the south side of its intersection
with Summit Street to its dead end at a point 275 feet south.
