2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

A. (05-001LD)-REVISED PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT
PLAN– Liberty High School, 1115 Linden Street –plan dated January 12, 2005
and last revised February 28, 2005. This plan proposes the demolition of the
building that connects the existing Commons Building to the existing Gymnasium
Building and the removal of the existing field house that is located under the
bleachers. Proposed construction includes the student activity center/natatorium
addition, replacement of existing field house, 41 car parking lot and driveways at
south side, proposed loading dock and reconstruction of existing parking lot at north side, improvements to Linden Street entrance, and the creation of on-street angled parking on the east side of the Grenadier Boulevard cartway.

B. (04-017LD)- REVISED PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN –
Scheetz, Inc., Northwest Corner of Schoenersville Road and City Line Road, plans
dated December 13, 2004 and last revised February 15, 2005. This plan proposes the construction of a 5800 sq. ft. service station/restaurant/retail facility, 7 bay gas island with canopy and 69 space parking lot on a 2.25 acre lot.
