2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

A. (04-015LD&S)-REVISED PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT
AND SUBDIVISION PLAN AND SIDEWALK WAIVER REQUEST – Silk Mill
property, 238 W. Goepp Street, Ward 8, Zoned RT, plans dated November 12,
2004 and last revised January 28, 2005. This plan proposes the conversion of a
vacant silk mill into a 77-unit multi-family dwelling with 155 parking spaces on a
3.2024 acre lot. The applicant also requests a waiver for sidewalks on Mauch Chunk
Road.

A. Vacation of a portion of Silk Mill Street.

4. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

A. Proposal to rezone 53 E. Lehigh Street from Institutional to RM Residential.
