2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

A. REVISED PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Ravena Street
Condominiums, 1500 Block of Ravena Street, Ward 16, Zoned RG, plans dated
September 27, 2004 and last revised December 3, 2004. This plan proposes 12
townhouses with interior garages and a 12-car parking lot on a 1.10 acre lot.

B. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT & SUBDIVISION PLAN
POLK STREET NORTH, 319-339 E. Third Street, plans dated December 8, 2004.
This plan proposes the construction of a 4-story, 18,580 sq. ft. retail and professional
office building with a 39 space parking lot, on a .72 acre lot.

C. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – L&L BUILDING II,
Northeast Corner of Broad and New Streets, Zoned CB. The plans propose the
construction of a 5-story retail, office, and residential building on a .53 acre lot.

D. 333-337 VINE STREET – Request for determination of density standards for an
additional residential unit, pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance requirements in the CB
zoning district.

3. ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
A. Revisions to land development and subdivision submission fees.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

A. Consideration of a request by Lower Saucon Township to review a proposed FAA tower on South Mountain.
