1. 25 EAST MORTON STREET
It is proposed to replace existing illuminated signs on front and back of building with new signs.

2. 740 EAST FOURTH STREET
It is proposed to install a projecting sign for Western Union.

3. 413 EAST MORTON STREET
It is proposed bring the building up to code, remodel the inside, install duchlap four siding and vinyl replacement windows, and replace front and back doors with steel doors.

It is proposed to install an exterior sign.
