Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in B 504 (5th Floor), 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Alianza de Iglesias Apostolicas for a Special Exception

Appeal of Joseph O. Negrao for a Special Exception per Article
1305.02.c. referring to 1304.02.c.6, 1325.08.j. & k and

Care Assistance Facility).

Appeal of Dac Minh Do for a Special Exception per Article
1323.07 and 1325.07 to convert a non-conforming use to another
non-conforming use. The applicants are proposing to change
the premises from a hair salon to a Sushi Bar Japanese Restaurant.
