Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in B 504 (5th Floor), 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

Appeal of Alianza de Iglesias Apostolicas for a Special Exception per Articles 1325.07, and 1308.02.c. which refers to 1304.02.c.2, to establish a church on the premises. Applicant is also seeking a Variance to 1308.04, which references Article 1319.01.a.14 and 1325.06 for relief of required off-street parking spaces; required: 9 spaces, proposed: 0 spaces.

Appeal of Silk Mill Realty, LLC for a dimensional variance to Section 1322.04.f.5.I and 1325.06 for relief of the setback from parking spaces and access drives to multifamily dwellings (required: 15’; proposed: 12’)

Appeal of Joseph O. Negrao for a Special Exception per Article 1305.02.c. referring to 1304.02.c.6, 1325.08.j. & k and 1325.07 to operate a Residential Treatment Facility (Personal Care Assistance Facility).

5. 2342 Easton Avenue
Appeal of Dac Minh Do for a Special Exception per Article 1323.07 and 1325.07 to convert a non-conforming use to another non-conforming use. The applicants are proposing to change the premises from a hair salon to a Sushi Bar Japanese Restaurant.
