Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet in Meeting Room B504, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THE MEETING
1. 608 Pierce Street.
Appeal of Miguel A. Gonzalez, MD for a special exception to
expand a lawful non-conforming Doctor’s office. Also,
applicant requests a dimensional variance from the front yard
setback to enclose a front porch for a medical record storage
area. (Article 1325.06, 1325.07, 1323.04 (c) and Table A-2,
required front yard – 15’, proposed – 8.75’)

2. 2008 Ridgelawn Avenue
Appeal of John R. Novak & Son, Inc. (contractor) representing
the owners Thomas and Rachael Gori for a dimensional variance
from the required side yard setback to construct a carport.
(Articles 1325.06, 1318.01 and Table A-1, required side yard-
6’, proposed 3’).

3. 14 W. Fairview Street
Appeal of Ray A Manwaring II for a special exception for a
home professional office in the dwelling. Also applicant requests
a variance from the off street parking requirements. (Articles
1325.07, 1325.06, 1325.08 (h), 1307.02 (c) (1) refers to 1305.02
(c) (2), required parking – 4 spaces, proposed –
2).

4. 700 Block of Hayes Street
Appeal of Veranda Real Estate, L.P. for dimensional variances
from the steep slope requirements and the necessary lot width
to construct single family semi-detached dwellings (twin homes)
on a proposed two lot subdivision. (Articles 1325.06, 1318.01
refers to Table A-2, and 1318.29.b.1., 1318.29 (c) , minimum
lot area – 10 acres per lot, proposed – 2800 square
feet per lot; maximum impervious coverage allowed –
5% per lot, proposed – 45%; required width – 50’,
proposed – 40’).

5. 3045-3057 Linden Street
Appeal of East Penn Bank for a use variance to construct a
bank on the property. (Articles 1325.06 and 1304.02 (a)).
