3. 413-415 W. Eighth St.
Appeal TPG 8th Street LLC for three variances (Article 1326.06)
to construct single family semi-detached dwellings on existing
abutting lots (Twin homes). Variance 1 requires relief from
the rear yard setback. (Table A-2 requires 20’, proposed
– 1’ to the closest rear property line). Variance
2 requires relief from the traffic site visibility across
corners for the S.W. corner of the property (driveway),
(Article 1318.06(b), required 8’, proposed –
2’). Variance 3 requires relief from Article 1319.02(g),
which states required off-street parking spaces shall be
on the same lot with the principal use served. (One of the
413 W. 8th St. off-street parking spaces is over the lot
line).
4. N.E corner of Easton Ave. & East Blvd. (2525 Easton
Ave.)
Appeal of Ervin and Patricia Schummer for a variance (Article
1325.06) from the total development area required to subdivide
the existing commercial (C-S) property into two parcels
(Table A-4, required – 2 acres per lot, proposed –
1.56 acres per lot); a variance from the minimum lot width
requirement (Table A-4, required – 300’, proposed
– Parcel A – 252.1’, Parcel B –
239.5’). Relief is also requested from the front yard
setback requirement to construct a multi-family on Parcel
B. (Table A-4, required – 40’, proposed –
25’), also, relief is needed from the off-street parking
requirements to allow a parking space less than 15’
from the building. (Article 1322.04(f) (5) (I) and 1325.06,
required parking space setback from dwelling – 15’,
proposed – 0’)

the allowance thereof may appear and be heard. Plans for
