2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

A. LENGYEL PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – dated July 9, 2004 and revised October 14, 2004, Ward 14, Zone RM, 1100 Block Decatur Street. This plan proposes to build a 6-unit apartment building on a 9.61 acre lot.

B. VALLEY FARM CONDOMINIUMS PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND
DEVELOPMENT PLAN – dated October 12, 2004 and last revised November 17,
2004, Ward 14, Zone CS, 2100 Block of East Boulevard. This plan proposes 22
townhouses and a 61 car parking lot on a 1.56 acre lot.

C. EVANS STREET TOWNHOUSES PRELIMINARY/FINAL MAJOR
SUBDIVISION PLAN – dated September 17, 2004 and last revised November 2,
2004, Ward 4, Zone RM, 705-807 Evans Street. This plan proposes 20 townhouses on a 1.2194 acre lot.

3. ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

A. Revisions to the Subdivision and Development Ordinance to create provisions for
traffic studies and associated fees.

B. Revisions to the Zoning Ordinance to modify lot widths on cul-de-sac bulbs.

C. Revisions to submission fees, recreation fees and creation of escrow fees for traffic studies.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

A. Consideration of a request by Lower Saucon Township to review a proposed FAA tower on South Mountain.
