of Emery Street.
B. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – UNITED STATES COLD STORAGE, PHASE 1, LVIP VII, Saucon Tract, Lot 1, 15 Emery Street, Ward 17, HI Zone, plans dated March 9, 2004. The plans propose the construction of Phase 1 of a four-phase food refrigeration facility located on a 32.52 acre tract. Phase 1 consists of a 121,205 s.f. freezer room, truck docks, rail docks, office, and support building.
C. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT & TWO-LOT MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN – Waffle House, northeast corner of Route 412 & Cherry Lane, Ward 16, CG Zone, plans dated March 9, 2004. The plans propose a two-lot subdivision on a 1.953 acre lot and the construction of a Waffle House restaurant on Lot 3.
D. PRELIMINARY/FINAL MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS – Stever Mills – northwest corner of Creek and Friedensville Road, Ward 16, RR Overlay Zone, plans dated January 14, 2004. The plan proposes 26 semi-detached dwellings on an 8.63 acre lot. The applicant also requests waivers for sidewalks on Friedensville Road, curb, sidewalk, and street widening on Creek Road, and curb and sidewalk on Forge Run and Penstock Court.
